1. What are the Loyalty points? 
   

   A loyalty program or a rewards program is a marketing strategy designed to encourage customers to continue to shopping at Mazton Skin Solutions. We at Mazton want to thank our customers by offering loyalty points for each purchase. Customers typically earn loyalty points based on their spending or participation in loyalty programs, such as making purchases, or engaging with the company on social media.

2. How do I earn loyalty points?
   

   Firstly our customer has to register on the loyalty program either on our app or on our website. Once registered customer will get a point on each and every sale made at Mazton.

3. What are the different tiers in the loyalty program?  

4. What benefits do I get at each tier?
   

   With each purchase we give back loyalty points starting at 2% which can go up to 4% dependant on which tier you are at. For those who reach 150,000+ you will receive a max loyalty reward which means on each purchase you will receive 4% redemption. 


5. How do I redeem my loyalty points?
   

   You can only redeem our points through our app or website.

6. Do loyalty points expire?
   

   Yes, loyalty point shall expire within 1 year from the date of first transaction. 

7. Can I transfer my loyalty points to someone else?
   

   No, You cannot transfer these points to anyone else. Nor can you use our points on any other platform.

8. How do I check my loyalty point balance?
   

   Customer can check rewards by visiting our online website by sharing the registered cell number. At the time of any purchase customer gets an SMS where total points are mentioned.
